“I LOVE my 65" Samsung Q70R QLED TV. While my recordings of HD content from Dish local news and TV shows really POP, I have noticed that some movies on HD and Blu-ray do sometimes suffer from the soft and dreaded "Soap Opera" effect. Any resolution?”

I do not own this TV yet, but I read in an online article about Smart TV's that in order to avoid the "sop opera" effect it is necessary to turn off the "motion smoothing." Hope this helps.
