So they recommend not to transfer your TV that way upright is the most safe way with Rachet strap. If you have to lay it down look on the box for the side they recommend laying it down. The reason is there is more packaging foam on the screen side if i recalled

I had zero problems. I didn’t have a choice because they canceled my home delivery because of the stupid Corona virus. If I didn’t get a tv, I think my son was going to start climbing the walls.
