Best TV I’ve ever owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. My wife and I went into Best Buy to look at tv deal before Black Friday and were trying to decide between the OLED and QLED TVs. After seeing the Sony OLED. We almost went that route until we did more research and saw the issues with Burn-in similar to plasma screens. We then tried to talk ourselves into the Q70R QLED...but with the Q90R right beside it...there was no downgrading. PLUS the Q90 gets the awesome Onebox feature—a box that allows for all of the components to be plugged into and then connects to the TV unit itself through the Onecord (component and power in one). That was the selling feature than had my wife at “minimize the need to hide cords.” The picture is perfect (after playing with the settings a bit) and we could not be happier.

Best tv I’ve owned to date
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I’ve owned a couple oled TVs and I thought those where great but this tv blows those away in my opinion. This tv can get much brighter and much sharper with pretty much the same color quality. I have a Panisonic 4K player hooked to it with a Monster high speed fiber optic hdmi cable and the picture quality is amazing. Audio Quest cables are very good for audio but I have tested many cables and found the high speed fiber optic from Monster to be the best for picture quality. I only say this because what you run to it and threw it makes all the difference in the world. If steaming 4K threw it I highly recommend a faster internet connection. Tip to Samsung, you should supply the the very best HDMI cables with the tv and your surround sounds. I have the Q90r surround sound and the chocolate Audio Quest cable made such a big difference.

Best of the best
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This Qled will give the 8k a run for the money guys. Highly, highly recommend this tv over the rest. I stood in bestbuy at the display for almost an hr trying to make a decision over this one or the 8k. I have spent the last couple of wks testing the aspects as well as the features. I’m amazed and can’t stay away from my new center piece of entertainment!! Thanks Samsung You guys are awesome

Fantastic tv- I got it for a steal
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I was going to Best Buy to pick up a 75” TCL I had purchased when I found this product on open box. Like new. Literally missing nothing. Turns out they were having a clearance on open box and sell all at half of regular price regardless of condition. So this would’ve likely been closer to $2700 and I got it for $1350+tax. No brainer. The Q80 has been on my wish list and radar but Samsung stopped shipping those with new models coming so I looked at lower-prices models. Didn’t think I’d get the Q90. This tv has amazing anti-glare, excellent features, and everything you’d want in a high-end tv.

Amazing TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I can’t speak highly enough about this TV. It is so flush to the wall, picture is amazing, no glare and the automatically adjusting ambient light feature is something that until we had it did not know we couldn’t live without. If you are in the market for a great TV that looks great on the wall, this is what you need. The Samsung brand no gap mount is a must also if you want it to appear flush on the wall.

So Real You Think You're Part of The Action!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Life-like pixelation, we don't think it can get any clearer than this even if you opened the door and looked outside! The colors are vivid and bright, and the detail is as if you're right there watching the action in person. On screen navigation is intuitive with all of your favorite apps at your fingertips. This TV will definitely brighten your world and make all that you watch more like you're starring in a role. There isn't one thing that my husband nor I could complain about or even remotely classify as a negative as this TV is near perfection. Way to go Samsung, you improved this series and made it almost impossible to beat in your next series upgrade. Good luck as we're sure you're going to also find that it's hard to improve upon this Q-90 series.

Best tv I have purchased to date
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.I have many windows in my living room area where the tv is at and all the In coming light has had no negative effect on the picture quality. The TV in visually stunning! I have an LG C7 Oled in the bedroom and it cannot come close to the Samsung. I will buy another one for my home theater room this year.

Best tv but q70r is better deal
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Amazing and the best but if I were to redo it I would stick with the q70r from 2019 because the price is way better value and the q90r is only slightly better for more than double the price. I do not like the wide viewing layer because it lowers overall brightness and contrast. It’s still higher than q70r, but it’s only marginally because q70r doesn’t have the wide viewing layer. But still if you have money to blow, this is the best tv you can for brightness (bright room use).

Q: Questionwhat is the difference between q80 and q90? i considering both but idk which one to get for my bedroom
Asked by charlie.
- A:Answer A couple differences between the Q80 and Q90. The q90 can hit a NIT brightness of 2000. Which makes it one of the brightest leds on the market. Plus it has a recessed area on the back on the tv where it can use the no gap wall mount. Last, but not least, the tv comes with the one connect cable and once connect box. The cable that currently comes with it is not currently in wall rated. If I am correct, SAMSUNG decided to sell the in wall rated on their official site. The q80 can hit a NIT brightness of 1500. It is not compatible with the no gap wall mount and does not need the one connect cable or one connect box. BOTH sets have the ultra wide viewing angle and two antiglare finish for the screen. I hope this helps you.

Asked by SilkRoute.
- A:Answer I've not had such an issue with the Q90R, but do see in the TV setup that you can adjust the audio to account for any delay.

Q: QuestionWhich models of Samsung QLED TVs are certified burn in free? Is burn in coverage included in the warranty? I work at home so our tv is probably on at least 18 hrs daily and our LG Oled has burn in before it was 2 years old.
Asked by PGJ58.
- A:Answer QLED TVs aren’t susceptible to burn-in. It's totally different tech than OLED. QLED because it is a LCD technology, uses a LED panel as backlight. So pixel burn-in is not an issue. But something similar may happen. Some section of the display may lose brightness. "QLED TV Lifetime Burn-In Warranty" https://www.samsung.com/ae/qledtvwarranty/

Q: QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the box that the cables feed into?

Q: QuestionHow long is the cable between the monitor and the control unit? Are there optional cable lengths and if so what is the cost or costs?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I believe it's about 12 or 15 feet. You can purchase longer if necessary directly from Samsung off their website. But not from Best Buy, Samsung chose not to make this available anywhere else.
