QLED TVs aren’t susceptible to burn-in. It's totally different tech than OLED. QLED because it is a LCD technology, uses a LED panel as backlight. So pixel burn-in is not an issue. But something similar may happen. Some section of the display may lose brightness. "QLED TV Lifetime Burn-In Warranty" https://www.samsung.com/ae/qledtvwarranty/
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just downloaded and read the warranty and "burn in" is not addressed. I would think that Best Buy would be able to address this issue rather than ask a purchaser of the product.
