“Which models of Samsung QLED TVs are certified burn in free? Is burn in coverage included in the warranty? I work at home so our tv is probably on at least 18 hrs daily and our LG Oled has burn in before it was 2 years old.”

• QLED TVs aren’t susceptible to burn-in. It's totally different tech than OLED. QLED because it is a LCD technology, uses a LED panel as backlight. So pixel burn-in is not an issue. • I just downloaded and read the warranty and "burn in" is not addressed. I would think that Best Buy would be able to address this issue rather than ask a purchaser of the product.
