“I’m considering purchasing the 65” model. Can I lean this tv on my mantle and not mount to the wall (see photo), or does it have to be mounted to work properly?”

• Leaning the tv will have no affect on its performance. Just ensure you have a way to prevent it from falling off the mantle. Truly you’ll get the most from the design if it’s mounted on the wall. Mounting is very easy and cutting holes in the wall for the single wire is the most complex aspect of the install. If you do mount on the wall, if you have drywall I would invest in additional drywall anchors as the anchors included only work on concrete/brick walls.
