- Answer Hi Beth, The Frame TV comes with a black frame that looks great on its own. This black frame cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Modern Brown, Modern Teak, and Modern White to match your decor. ^Val

QuestionI have an outlet on the wall, but my understanding is that I won’t be able to use it because the tv would not sit flush against the wall. How many cables actually connect to the TV, and how would I hide them from view if the TV is wall-mounted?

- Answer Hi Georgetown! The Frame TV includes Samsung's One Connect Box with Invisible connection making a clean installation easy. The 15ft invisible connection will run from your TV to the One Connect Box which houses the power and connections for your TV. This thin fiber optic cable is the only cable you need to connect to the TV. All other cables from external devices and the power cable will connect to the One Connect Box which you can hide anywhere within the limits of the 15ft connection to the TV. ^Tim

QuestionHow much memory does the 2021 version have compared to the 2020? I have read several complaints that the 2020 version lacked adequate memory for downloading art/photos without deleting existing.

- Answer Copatl - The motion sensor may sense motion from a flashing LED, a pet, a car moving outside the window, or other occurrences and start operating. The Frame TV's motion sensor range/response sensitivity level can be adjusted by going to: Home > Art > Settings > Motion Detector. ^Gina

QuestionIs this a glossy or matte screen?

- Answer It's kind of in between...at least for the 2021 version. It's definitely toward the matte end of the spectrum, but it does have a little glare. I have read that the new ones coming out for 2022 are UL certified low glare, which would be really cool. That having been said, most people think it's a picture when they come into our room and see the family picture on it, so it must not be too bad. It's pretty awesome.

QuestionCan I download the installation manual? I need to know the location of the cable port on the back of the TV, and the mounting requirements in regards to the wall stud location.

QuestionI’m considering purchasing the 65” model. Can I lean this tv on my mantle and not mount to the wall (see photo), or does it have to be mounted to work properly?

- Answer Leaning the tv will have no affect on its performance. Just ensure you have a way to prevent it from falling off the mantle. Truly you’ll get the most from the design if it’s mounted on the wall. Mounting is very easy and cutting holes in the wall for the single wire is the most complex aspect of the install. If you do mount on the wall, if you have drywall I would invest in additional drywall anchors as the anchors included only work on concrete/brick walls.

- Answer JamesB - You can adjust the Art Mode brightness settings in the SmartThings app, which can be downloaded for both Android and iOS devices. Once downloaded, open the SmartThings app and select your TV, then tap the Art Mode button located in the upper right corner and go to Settings. ^Gina
