QuestionCan I mount the Frame TV with a standard mount already attached to the wall? I am replacing my current TV that sits inside a cut-out over my fireplace...hoping to attach to same mount and place in front of/block cut out as a signature piece of art.

- Answer Paul - The Frame 55" utilizes a VESA Pattern of 200mm x 200mm; 65" utilizes 400mm x 300mm. You will be able to interchange the Slim Fit Wall Mounts, as each TV requires a different size. ^Gina

QuestionAre widths and placement of the brackets on the back of the tv and size of the wall mounts the same on the 55 and 65 inch? I currently have the 55 and want to replace with a 65 and wonder if I can simply mount the 65 on the existing wall mount. Thanks

QuestionIs the TV made in Korea or China? Does it overheat quickly?

- Answer Hi - The Frame TV's country of origin is Mexico. Watching TV for an extended period of time can cause the panel to generate heat. The heat from the panel is dissipated through internal vents running along the top of the TV. The bottom, however, may feel hot to the touch after extended use. This heat, however, is not a defect and does not affect the TV's functionality. ^Gina

- Answer Nope, it has to be the specific cable for this year's model. They have one listed online that says 2019-2021 or 2020-21 compatability but look at the reviews and feedback. There are many complaints showing how this is not the case
