• A fixed mount comes with it. If you desire to adjust the the TV to different positions you will have to buy that mount separately.

• Yes, you will need a separate bracket if you want it adjustable. It defeats the purpose of the Frame TV if you buy another bracket because that will cause it to stick out from the wall.you still get the ambient mode function if that is what you were buying it for.
