Just warning you, Best Buy or Samsung will not be helpful at all if there is physical damage on your TV. None of the warranties or extra coverage you buy will be helpful. We bought this TV from Best Buy and was sold all the protection and in less than a year, there is a crack on the screen. Best Buy is the worst as they didn't tell me the coverage excluded physical damage.
