Hi MilkmanMO, The Terrace Soundbar can be easily attached to The Terrace TV using special brackets included with The Terrace Soundbar. ^Val

Yes, the soundbar mounts at the bottom of the tv and hardware is included. There is also a weatherproof section for your cable box that is located on the back of the tv.
