• You can leave your shoes laces outside the dryer, with the body of your shoes left inside the dryer...shut the door and this trick helps prevent the shoes from banging around!

• When I went to look at the dryer at the store it had the shoe rack on display BUT when I received it at my house and they installed it. It didn't have it.
