A:AnswerHi there! Because of the added power needed to spin the drum, electric dryers require a 240 volt power source. You can find more information about the electrical requirements beginning on page 14 of the User Manual. If you don't already have one, you can download the manual by using this link: https://bit.ly/2y2mF5J. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi! I’m hoping someone answered your question by now but if not, it’s directly on the bottom when you open the dryer door. Easy to clean and easy to pull right out.
A:AnswerThe power cord is not included with the dryer. You have the option to purchase three or four prong depending on your home. We thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
A:AnswerHey Dppitts,
This Dryer is not compatible with Smart Home because it doesn't have Wi-Fi capability.
Please, take a look at page 38 of the user manual to check the steps to use the Smart Care App with your dryer if it's showing an error code.

A:AnswerIf you haven't tried yet one top you will see an ECO button with the light on. Try to hit that button and turn it off and try to dry your clothes that way.
It did the same thing to me.
