Hi Gailz, We are pleased to explain and share information on the compatibility of this Samsung pedestal with the dryer model DVE50R5200W. The pedestal is compatible because it is built for 27-inch-wide washers and dryers. However, we do not recommend installing it on the front-load dryer model DVE50R5200W since it will raise the dryer's height from 46 to 60 inches. You may have challenges reaching the control panel due to the increased height. We recommend using a riser to elevate the dryer model's height by up to 4 inches. However, there will be no storage drawer.
