“We are having a problem with dryer drying towels and sheets. Running dryer on highest drying cycle and it is taking almost 2 full cycles to get towels and sheets dry. We bought this for an Airbnb and this has been a problem with trying to get home ready”

• I am having the same problem. It isnt sensing if the items are really dried. It only dries to 80%. Dries some items and not others.

• If the eco button is on, turn it off. Tuen it off every cycle. It doesn't do anything except prolonging the dry.

• Have you checked the vent to the outside to clean out the lint?
