Yes, it is big enough to fit a comforter...HOWEVER, be warned of the infamous Samsung Burrito! This is a major flaw with the Dryer, in that it will roll the comforter, blankets, sheets, or anything of size into a wad of clothing and will not dry properly!!! Google Samsung Burrito and you'll read/see for yourself.

It is definitely large enough, but it will very likely wad it up into a giant sausage. You would have to constantly shake it out every so often to get a complete dry.

yes, yes it does. You may have to pull it out a couple of times during the dry cycle to adjust it. I just washed a King Size comforter in the dryer and it came out perfectly dry.
