Questioni know there is a upper dryer drying rack, but does the bottom dryer come with a drying rack as well?

- Answer No. The top doesn't tumble. The bottom tumbles and moves, so no rack. The top is designed for single item, delicate, or "complicated" items. Things you don't want tumbling around, especially with other items.

QuestionTo access the heating element, does the front, sides and back panels have to be removed? Our current Samsung dryer, there is a small back area that is removed to access the heating element.

- Answer Anytime you buy a dryer, it's important to know the plug in type YOU need, and space. When you order, make sure you let them know the cord/plug you need for your home, and they'll install whatever.
