QuestionAfter doing a wash cycle, in the event that some water does not completely drain like from a heavy blanket, can the washer be set to do a drain spin cycle only. To remove remaining excessive water if such a problem occurs? Thank you for you help. Bill.

Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ - Platinum. The washer does not have a cycle specific to just spin. The washer has rinse+spin and a high (level 5) of spin, which extends the spinning process to effectively remove moisture from the load. I have shared the user manual link below. QuestionWhy does my brand new washing machine keep displaying 4C. We have already checked the connection to the water lines, including the water taps. So the water supply is fine . The washer keeps stopping at 11 minutes to display 4c.

- Answer I had this happen when I tried to wash my clothes on a cold water cycle. The installers put the hot water on the cold water supply and vice-versa. Instead of only cold water, it was all hot. I had to reverse the hot and cold water supply hoses.

We do have some models available that use our Multi-Control feature. This feature connects the washer and dryer so that the washer's control panel can operate both the washer and dryer. QuestionWhy does the water drain on the wash cycle? There is enough water to get the clothes but no excess water for actual washing. It looks as though the clothes are on the spin cycle instead of wash cycle. My clothes are not properly washing.

QuestionI just got this washer and noticed it barely wets the clothes to wash them! I have tried the Normal and quick setting and still the washer does not fill. Is this normal? It washes clothes by just wetting the clothes instead of filling washer with water?
