Mine didn't either. from the research I've done no it doesn't come with it

I am sorry to learn you did not receive any dry rack. Regarding your concern, this dryer does not include a dry rack. The parts included on your dryer aside from the dryer itself are the Y-connector and Short water hose. I suggest you check this link to your user manual for assistance.
