No, this Samsung dryer model is not a ventless dryer and will need to exhaust towards the outside of your home. I have shared this model user manual link below. Please turn to page 20 for the exhausting requirements for the dryer.

No this is not a ventless lint dryer. There is a hose that you install in the back on the dryer.
