A:AnswerI bought a Samsung TV from best buy it was damaged, not knowing this TV was damaged when I took it out of the box and set it up without testing it right away, I realized a month later when I turned it on..... In other words, test the TV when you buy from Best Buy. plug it in before you leave the Premises. They would not take the TV back. They broke the TV and sold it to me. They do not take care of their customers, and are not to be trusted. wish I could buy somewhere else, my wife bought the same TV, from Walmart, she told me they would of helped me, plus it cost $100 less...
