• For 1080p Samsung sets, "Motion Rate" = Refresh Rate. For all others (i.e., 4k, 8k sets), Motion Rate = double the actual refresh rate. So for 4k & 8k sets, a "Motion Rate" of 120 means the LCD has a native refresh rate of 60 Hz
