is this is a 60 Hz panel or 120 Hz panel? null

60hz with Samsung's 120hz clear view. Keep in mind the signal coming in is 60hz and then it's multiplied by the TV hardware and software that's why it is always a multiple of 60, like 120, 240 etc.So the TV doubles or quadruples the signal.

This has an effective refresh rate of 120.
