Yes, you can place a soundbar on top of the front stand.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not really. The stand/support is very secure and heavy duty. But the very front end piece that sits horizontally under the tv is very narrow. And when you view from the side, it's not square or rectangle, but more like a triangle with a flattened top of about 1/2". I'm going to rig up some sort of wire table for my bar. You may have to do same; depends on your bar. Hope that helped.
