I called Samsung and had them connect to my television it seems to be something with the cable companies connection is what I was told it does not always seem to be there but it is it depends on the programming. I was told that ther is nothing that can be done at this time but it is noted for Warrenty purposes. So I would recommend you contact Samsung support and have them connect to your TV and have them scan system. This way it's at least noted in there system if anything goes wrong with it for Warrenty reasons.
