“Hired BB Geek Squad to hook Q80T 75 " to Q60 soundbar. Best Buy should have connected using the HDMI ARC. Instead they used the Optical cable. We tried to change it but TV nor SB are recognizing the connection ? Only TV Speaker or Optical, please help.”
