Why yes Ducks. The 75Q80T has Blutooth audio support. Also you could utilize the mulit audio feature and use your Blutooth device and the tv speakers at the same time. ^Jason
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This TV supports any Bluetooth device. I am sure it will work with your hearing aids. Try it out with a Magnolia rep in the store - to be sure. Bluetooth is Bluetooth. You either have the standard protocol or not.
