The 4th one is HDMI 2.1 if you have a PS5 or Xbox series X that is the best one to use. The other ones including EArc are the older versions 2.0

Hi Esoxhunter - HDMI eARC is beneficial when connecting an external audio device, such as your receiver. We recommend connecting game consoles HDMI port number 4, as this port will provide you with High Frame Rate (HFR) 4K@120Hz. ^Gina
