“I need to have this TV controlled by a extron controller is there a way to connect a MLC 62 with a RS 232 cable and if not what Samsung TV will????? I need this answer very soon I will be purchasing 5 of these. Thanks”

I Understand your request which is very popular with classroom projector settings. Because Flat Screens have a better attractive price point today, the need to integrate in your solutions must be developed by Extron (A wonderful technology). Flat screens you are looking for must have RS232 connections as many projectors have. Otherwise you have to hope an adaptor from RS232 to USB or HDMI will work. That's taking a chance. The 82-inch Samsung DOES NOT support RS232 direct.
