Yes it does. Not sure what going on there. Call Samsung Tec. Support. I'm sure it's something simple and a quick fix.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not Samsung, but I have an answer :) YouTube actually does come as an app on this TV. I can't remember for sure if I added it or if it was already on my Home ribbon, but if you aren't seeing it on yours, you might have to go into Apps and choose Search to add it. You can also easily access YouTube through the "browser" app that is included on the Home ribbon by default. Additionally, it's easy to access using an Amazon Fire TV stick, Google Chromecast stick, or Roku stick if you have any of those. Alternatively, if you happen to have Apple TV and an iPhone, you can use Airplay to cast whatever you have on the iPhone (including YouTube app or via Safari) to the TV.
