Im installing this in my ps5 and it shows me the read speed of 6563 MB/s and this heatsink shows its up to 7450 MB/s why is it alot lower ..? null

That speed is the advertised speed not the real world speed, it could be due to a number of factors including thermal throttling or even the limitations of the PS5 generally. This nvme is plenty fast at 6563mb for your PS5

7450 MB/s is the maximum read speed possible in the most optimal conditions, which is not the environment present in your Ps5. I got pretty close to the same read speed as you after installing in my Ps5
