Does it come with the heat sink and character box? null

Hi there! A heatsink version and character box will be available early 2023. - Samsung Memory

You can wither buy with, or without the heat sink. Some laptop motherboard casing come with heat sinks installed, chdck before buying if you require heat sink or not (the 990 pro does run pretty hot). If it is a newer module gaming laptop, it most likely has heat sink installed, desktop motherboards usually never come with this pre build in it
