• Yes it is high efficiency. I have this washer and the dryer. It states it in the manual and if I’m not mostly it also states in on the inside where the detergent goes.

• Yes, this is absolutely a High Efficiency washer. The washer self adjusts the amount of water that it uses based on the weight of the load, you never have to choose the size of your load again.
