“The fridge was delivered today and has been plugged in for 10 hours it still isn’t cold. Did I get a broken one or am I doing something wrong”

sounds to me like its broken, when ours was plugged in the service man set it all up and told us everything about it, it was cooling off with in a few hrs fridge went down to 37degrees and freezer 0 degrees, took about a full 24 hrs to make ice constanly, go to the store you bought it from and talk to customer service, seriously go in person don't call
