All in all: Given its price, this refrigerator is a fantastic addition to nearly any home, especially for those who love to cook. Amazing it has a ton of storage, the 3rd drawer is great, and the freezer has ample storage to get you further to the next time we have to go to the store. We love the amount of ice it puts out and it makes close to what I call gas station ice as anyone can get. The second best part about the refrigerator is that there is a beverage door on the left side that not only dispenses water but it also has a medium pitcher in this area too! That had me bought but the ice maker had me sold! It can actually put out 10 lbs. a day. It also makes large, cubed ice as well. For all you Stanley fans, I used the small-cubed ice, I fill mine a 1/3 of the way with the gas station ice and the rest with the pitcher water and my cup has ice lefts in it after an 8-hour day in a hot factory. I get a refill of water at my 10:00 and there is still ice at 2:30 when I leave. Note to mention: The refrigerator is like a seep dish pizza! She is deep and thick now! If you do not have deep countertops, she will stick out in between eight to twelve inches. The extra space that this gives you is worth its weight in gold. Oh, I forgot to mention that the storage on the doors is stellar! You can store gallon jugs, yes I said jugs! CONS: The ice may have a off taste at first. Our ice tasted like filtered water (kind of yuck to me but others did not mind). Yes, I did purge the system but running the water for a bit and threw away 3 batches of ice before we used any product). We also had a little issue with the ice maker not making enough ice for the first few days. This was an error on the installation part, the valve for the water line was not turned on all the way. There was an issue with installation that still has not been resolved though. This is not on the refrigerator but on Best Buy. The delivery team took our doors off the front of our house. When they went to put the doors back on the house they damaged our storm door. They stripped the screws where the door is secured to the hinge so bad that they will not come out. I will leave this review up until Best Buy resolves my claim. They have done little work to resolve the damage. After several calls and one area manager showing up to take pictures unannounced was quite lovely and very unprofessional. He stated that there was an email sent, I looked everywhere (Not even in the junk folder). No email was sent, and that was the last I have heard of seen from the customer support staff.

Great Fridge! We bought the white panel to go with our Bespoke line of kitchen appliances. The fridge is my second favorite of our kitchen upgrades. We love the design of this and how the water is not in view. The beverage center is great, we keep tea in the water pitcher. This fridge has so much room! The middle area has 5 different temp options and has two dividers. The freezer is great, with tons of space for your food! The best part is the ice maker, you can choose between two types of ice! On the outside panels, I've been using an expo marker to write out weekly dinners!

Love this fridge! My favorite is the bigger size, one of the shelves goes to half so bigger items can fit in the fridge, the auto fill water, the two sizes of ice, and the middle drawer that can be used as fridge or freezer temperature. Wish the panels would come in already, we've had this fridge a few months now and they should've been in a few weeks ago. As you can see by the photos, this is what the fridge looks like. I'm used to it by now, but it will be nice when panels come in. Hopefully not damaged. The fridge does have a little dent on the bottom right side which I was upset about, but we live far away and I was over the travel and wait, so kept it. I wish we would've gotten a replacement now though. Just to spend that much money on something and not have it be perfect is a bummer. I was just over it and wanted it up and ready to use. That was the only downside. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

I’ve had this amazing refrigerator for aboutt seven months now and love it. Besides being huge, the indoor beverage center is the best; especially the self-filling water pitcher. I never thought we would use this so much. Another great feature is the versatile middle drawer, which we keep on “Deli” zone temp. The ice maker never runs out of ice like my old LG did, and the two sizes of cubes are a nice touch. Its sleek glass front panel is a cinch to keep shining. I recommend this fridge- just beware , it’s very deep so it does stick out from my counter, but for all the room inside, it’s worth it to me.

I am so happy with my new refrigerator. This is my first french door type and I must say it is very well designed, so much more space compared to a side by side. The no handles will take some getting used to but it looks sleek and modern. The beverage center is convenient to have both dispenser and auto fill pitcher and I like that you don’t have to look at the dispenser on the outside of the door. My only complaint is that the beverage center door slowly closes on its own even though the unit is level. It is nice to know that at any time I can customize the panels to my personal preference. So far, the white glass is great, brightened up the room and is easy to clean. Delivery went well; however, Best Buy failed to mention that it is a third party company that delivers the appliances. If you choose appliance relocation to another room, the third party company is not authorized to move the old appliance, just the new one. I was lucky that the team was nice enough to make it happen for me. Overall, I am pleased with my new appliance and the level of service I received from the delivery team. I look forward to complete the rest of my kitchen set, unfortunately the remaining appliances are not all available at this time.

This refrigerator exceeded my expectations. Though Bestbuy delivery was not so great. The refrigerator has four doors and a beverage center. The beverage center has self refilling pitcher and a water dispenser. When you open the main door you have two racks with large storage. The door also has lot of storage. The flex is a versatile place and easy to store beverage, fruits or meat. The freezer produces two kinds of ice and give you very large space to store lots of things. Overall, it’s a great looking fridge with lot of features including app enabled control panel and energy monitoring. This refrigerator is the best I have ever owned.

This refrigerator is perfect! The original fridge that came with our newly built home was too small so we decided to buy a new one. I'm so glad we chose this one! It has plenty room for everything and anything. The bonus drawer and beverage center are both great for my 7 yr old to reach without our help. The 2 options of ice cubes is a hit with my husband. And for me? I just love to freely put away the groceries without fighting to find the space. Plenty room in the fridge and freezer. It's also fun to show off the beverage center that has a water pitcher that refills itself! If you are hesitant on buying this, don't! Just buy it, you won't regret it!

This Samsung BESPOKE 29 cu. ft. French door refrigerator is a handsome addition to our kitchen. The interior design of the shelves and drawers, as well as the exterior face, have unique surface finishes that add to the very modern and very posh overall look. I love the thoughtful nooks and compartments in the main section and the dividers in the middle chiller drawer are perfect for orderly sorting of cold cuts, cheeses, and all the deli salads that we always have on hand. Inside the left French door, there's a brilliant indwelling pitcher of ice water that automatically refills itself; it's a little bit of magic and makes me smile whenever I use it. Also, I love the magic of the left door's double layer of space. One outer layer for the icewater spout next to the pitcher, and the inner layer where I keep condiments, relishes and salad dressings. No more hunting for the ketchup! As for the freezer, there's a divided upper shelf with two ice cube bins on the left (one each for small and large cubes), and I keep seafood on the right side. The main freezer section below that shelf is perfect for veggies on the left and meats and poultry on the right. And the freezer is just the right size to hold everything without being so big that stuff gets lost underneath. To top it all off, this Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator runs almost completely silent; it's certainly more quiet than any of the three refrigerators that we've had in the 45 years that we've been in this house. We have to remember to have at least one hand free when we go to open it; there is no handle to hook your finger around. But the sleek polished look is a great tradeoff; there are no obtrusive handles sticking out and taking up space. I recently upgraded to the Samsung BESPOKE 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator, and it has been a total game-changer for my kitchen! I was drawn to the sleek stainless steel BESPOKE design, but after using it, I’ve realized it’s so much more than just a stylish appliance. The BESPOKE design is stunning. The clean, modern look adds a sophisticated touch to my kitchen. The best part is the ability to customize the panels down the road if I ever want a different look—such a clever feature! The 29 cu. ft. capacity is incredibly spacious. The adjustable shelves make organizing groceries a breeze, and the 4-door layout keeps everything perfectly accessible. The FlexZone drawer is a lifesaver for storing snacks and drinks, and the two separate freezer compartments help keep everything organized and easy to find.

After considering this refrigerator for over a year, I finally made the decision and havent looked back since. My wife and I love everything about it. We are still getting things organized and mulling over a decision on how to best use the flex drawer. The ice maker is perfect four our little ones as they like to grab a small peice of ice once or twice a day and we dont have to hear the sound of an ice dispencer any longer. The unit has ample amount of space however the shelves have limited height adjustability compared to our previous Samsung unit. **Caution - if your refrigerator opening is too deep, you may have issues with the doors opening fully. Since the doors are so deep, they stick out quite a bit to the side when opened. The install team took the time to make sure the regerator was just the perfect fit and we narrowly avoided this issue.

We love this refrigerator. Shelves are sturdy and allow us to just the height. Plenty of space for all of your groceries and to-go containers. We love the middle drawer and the ability to control all temperature zones from our app. Our water tastes cleaner with the Samsung filter and the auto-fill pitcher makes refilling pet water fountains a breeze. Love the option to infuse water by using the infusing chamber on our pitcher - looking forward to cucumber lemon water this summer! We had initially thought to go to a different store to look at refrigerators. But, because we've purchased from Best Buy before, We thought we'd start there. We had in mind a specific manufacturer to look for and actually found what we were looking for. We mentioned to the two gentlemen who were working in that appliance area. What we were doing. I outlined what I wanted in a refrigerator and they said the one we were looking at could come close, however take a look at the Samsung. We were replacing a Samsung after 12 years. Not only were they correct when they said it would mimic the current one we had and liked. But also it had a few other features that we didn't know about. We purchased the bespoke Samsung 4-door refrigerator that day. I have to say I was a little nervous and when the refrigerator was delivered and installed my nervousness went away. It is a great refrigerator for our home. And pretty cool (You should pardon the pun). Install was quick and well done. We, ourselves, had to do a little carpentry around where the refrigerator went and that was done the next day. All in all we are enjoying this refrigerator and it didn't hurt that it was on sale and within our budget. Plus when the grandkids saw that they could use water-based markers on the white glass, well take a look at the picture below!

Awesome fridge so far. Coming from a side by side with a leaking ice maker. Tons of room fridge wise, beverage center is pretty great with the autofill pitcher. Flex drawer works great for us, freezer and dual ice is great, especially the ice bites. Ability to change bespoke panels is a cool bonus

Absolutely love this Fridge! The water pitcher features is something I didn’t know I needed but it is the coolest, so glad we bought this beverage center version. Very sleek clean appearance without handles , very quickly got used to that. Very deep , easily organized. The middle drawer feature we use for deli meats , cheeses and kumbacha . The two kinds of ice is awesome! This thing is definitely the Cadillac of refrigerators .. treat yourself and buy it !

I have had my fridge for one month and I absolutely LOVE it! I had a more expensive fridge prior to this, but I can honestly say I am IMPRESSED with the quality and aesthetic of my Samsung fridge. Love that I can also change the panels if I get board of the color and that it notifies me through my app if my fridge was left open. Did I mention how spacious and how it has 2 types of ice molds that release! I am also obsessed with the drink mini access door. My all time favorite fridge hands down!

As a fridge it functions as expected. The filter is accessible, as with another Samsung model I've owned, a little tough to turn to remove but otherwise adequate. The doors open to about 135 degrees from closed and stop themselves from opening further. The depth when water is plugged in from a base board to the front of the fridge is 35.5 inches, so make sure you have adequate clearance for doors and island or whatever may be in front. The beverage center was a revelation. I was skeptical I would like it, thinking I would trade off aesthetic for inconvenient water and ice. The pitcher and two sizes of ice make it preferable to my family. I did not realize the fridge kept the pitcher full of filtered water nor did I realize the pitcher was large enough to fill my 24 - 32 ounce bottles of water easily (no more standing at the dispenser). The smaller ice (not crushed) is nice for those who prefer something smaller than standard fridge cubes. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, these are not cheap although I got it on sale during memorial day.

So far so good. We go the charcoal and white panels Love the option to customize. I do suggest having a micro fiber towel handy to clean the fingerprints off. And no harsh chemicals being used to clean since these are glass. The fridge stays at proper temperature. Will cause an alarm to go off if the doors are open too long. The alert on the phone app is great, and the option to see temp and get the ice and water started. The fridge has so much space we haven’t even filled it completely yet.

We really like this refrigerator. We really like water in the door and the easy access to the ice in the freezer - our last freezer had ice in the door and it was a nightmare!!! It hardly ever worked! We use the water pitcher much more than we thought we would and the double dispenser is great for stocking up on ice for camping and for parties! My only complaint is the limited ability to move the top shelf. It is either really high or really low- nothing in the middle. We had to get creative but we were able to figure out how to make it work for us. The lack of handles gives it a sleeker profile , which we like!

Quiet. Plenty of room. Beautiful. Exceeds our expectations.
