A:AnswerBe prepared, I bought mine 10 months ago and it went conpletely out. Even with a 2 year warranty, no one shows up to repair it. Ive taken off work 3 times bow just to sit here all day looking dumb and nobody calls to cancel. This fridge is total garbage. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased it.

A:Answersounds to me like its broken, when ours was plugged in the service man set it all up and told us everything about it, it was cooling off with in a few hrs fridge went down to 37degrees and freezer 0 degrees, took about a full 24 hrs to make ice constanly, go to the store you bought it from and talk to customer service, seriously go in person don't call
A:AnswerStick your hand all the way to the back of the ice tray and see if there’s a wall of ice. When this happened to me once I loosened the solid block of ice I found a small chunk of foam. It started working again
