When the meat/fish FlexZone mode is selected, it will continue to keep the meat and fish frozen since this mode will set and maintain a temperature of 30 °F (Freezing point of water).
In addition to the FlexZone mode, you can select Soft Freeze mode. You can use this mode to keep meat and fish fresh for an extended time. The temperature sets to 23 °F in this mode.
Please refer to page 38 of this model's user manual I have shared below for steps in activating/deactivating Soft Freeze.

A:AnswerI love this fridge. Is the water line securely connected to the supply line from the house? Once it is connected, find the shut-off for the supply line from the house and turn it on (it would be turned off while fridge is being installed). If you don't have a supply line from the house to the fridge, you may need a plumber to install one. My refrigerator was installed by Total Tech professionals, but there didn't appear to be anything unusual about connecting the water line.
