QuestionI recently got the washer and when I did my first load it was spinning violently. The load was not small or large, it was a medium size, and they were no big items. I also used level 3 for spinning and t was still spinning violently. Any insight?

- Answer Hello there, No, this washer does not have add a water feature. If you wish to have more water on your washer, consider purchasing a top load washer with the deep fill feature.
