• Same as in any other oven: anything that’s oven safe which includes a Pyrex. I don’t recommend using a Pyrex or closed container for air frying. You need an open basket for that to let the air circulate, but it comes with one. For regular baking or even regular convection cooking a Pyrex is fine.
