Q: QuestionPlease explain about the wok ring, which burner it goes over and why there is no picture of it with my model, but it is listed on the specs. Thank you.

• A:Answer I believe the best choice of burners to place the Wok ring on is the front right burner. This is the one that has a double ring of gas flames to it I suspect the thinking here is that the Wok will not only get hot at the bottom but up the sides as well

• A:Answer Clock to display at all times - go to the clock setting found on the second menu options. Press the three horizontal lines twice then the new menu of options shows up use the dial knob to select the 6 option of "screen timeout" and select "display at all times" viola! Same thing for the timer go to the second option menu by selecting the "burger button icon" and tap it twice - the second menu shows up with the first option Timer and you can use the dial knob to select the time.

• A:Answer Made Panko breaded chicken cutlets last night. Probably one of the messier items you would ever cook. It was recommended to use a baking sheet pan underneath, which I did. It was able to catch most of the crumbs. I will most likely look for a pan that covers the whole oven rack. Foil sounds like a good alternative, but have never tried it.

• A:Answer Grates have rubber feet that fit in little indents. They actually don't contact the stainless steel. Burners easily disassemble for cleaning. Stainless cook top cleans relatively easy with some stainless cleaner and a paper towel or soft cloth. No abrasives! Stubborn or baked on stains can be cleaned by soaking a paper towel with water or cleaner and leaving on the area to be cleaned. Once the stain is rehydrated, it cleans right up.

• A:Answer Three grates plus the griddle. the griddle sits ON TOP of the middle grate - it does not replace it. The griddle is cast iron (unlike the next model down) and reversible.

Q: Questionwhat is the depth from the back of the range to beginning of the control panel (from back burner to front burner)? it looks like with the control panel it sticks out further but I want to make sure this part lines up with my countertop
