Awful. It’s through Samsung. They will try to “troubleshoot” over text with you. You will have to fight with them to get a “ticket” filed that is then sent to Service Quick CSP. Service Quick is not a reputable company and many reviews mention charges just for the initial home visit despite the appliance being under warranty. Geek squad apparently doesn’t cover Samsung… so once you purchase a Samsung product you will be paying to find your own reliable repair company. The warranty process is garbage and Samsung should be embarrassed. Further, Best Buy should be more forthcoming in mentioning that the Geek Squad does not service Samsung and they should inform consumers regarding the poor Samsung warranty process. Don’t waste your money. But a different manufacturer with a better warranty!
