• Hi Denvermom, The difference in between the unit you have. Model: RF28M9580SR | SKU: 5728813 And the Model: RF28N9780SR | SKU: 6196191. Is that this one is bigger, and it also comes with Bixby which is a voice command feature that can search for recipes, control the temperature, and other features. ^Gaby.
