This fridge is Awesome! I love the shopping list app on the fridge & being able to pull that up on my phone. I can't count the times I've had a shopping list & forgot it at home, well no more. We really love the 3rd fridge door option or freezer. This fridge has so much more room & honestly we just wonder how we ever got by without this fridge, before now.

I am happy with the fridge. Not happy with geek squad. Paid extra to have it installed . Did not level it so I called them . They cane back 3 days later walked in and said the floor is unlevel and left . Geek squad is useless. Stars are for product only.

This refrigerator is not only functional, it’s high tech. Being able to see the refrigerator contents from your phone at the grocery store is awesome! The compressor is efficient and cools at variable levels in 3 zones.

This is the best refrigerator i had. Looks great in our modern designed kitchen.

1st year - ice maker issues. 2.5 years in and the freon leaked out, sealed system needs replaced as well as the compressor. Holds temps at 76-80 degrees won't cool. We lost hundreds in groceries. Samsung has been no help so far. I have ALWAYS bought samsung, I won't anymore. Wish I knew how many people have the same issues I have had before buying this.

The trays on the door where the ice maker could be larger so bigger items can fit .

Absolutely love the space that it has. It's a great way to sync your Samsung products together. I love being able to see what's inside of the frig from anywhere with my cell phone. Lots of features and ability to use the bottom as a refrigerator. Can't say enough about this product. Great buy !!!

The fridge is very spacious, and the ability to use an additional section for fridge and only have one of the four sections as freezer is awesome. The tech is pretty good too. The family hub will replace the white boards and sticky notes all of the kitchen. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that it seems like there might be an issue with synching phone apps to the fridge hub. A reset of the wifi connection seemed to resolve, but that might get tedious if it happens too often.

I really love this fridge even though it doesn’t have the best storage. The ice machine is slow and you cannot open it to clean. Other than that, I love the ability to convert some of the freezer space for a wine and cheese section and the screen is more useful than I thought it would be. It connects to the internet, I can watch videos or answer my Ring doorbell on it, while seeing who is there. Pretty awesome. I bet George Jetson had one :)

The family Hub is awesome. It does have excellent features to remind me of what I need to purchase. The shopping list for menus assist me with planning meals. We have the Samsung 360 speaker and it rocks. I leave and send messages to my family members to remind them of events. The calendar reminds us of our schedules. The camera lets us see exactly what we are low on eggs, milk etc. we enjoy the Samsung family hub.

This refrigerator is the refrigerator of the future. What's good: - The Family Hub: At first you might think it's just gadgets and a sale gimmic but you quickly realize that you really can use most of the features. - The water tastes great. - The ice maker is great. The ice crusher is quiet unlike that in my old refrigerator. - The flexible bottom right drawer that can be either a fridge or a freezer. - let's face it, not everyone has a sexy looking fridge like this. What's bad? The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it can be a little noisy at times but not unbearable.

I bought ours for our unique office, filled with fun people and ones that would use for both normal functions and, well, fun stuff. The overall all fridge is a showcase, a talking and bragging point. Inside is well designed and spatial. Will have to say a large disappointment is the Software APPs. Since that is a very key point in what is marketed, ie, viewing contects when not there and posting pics, messages or schedules, it is a pain. We are a software house and it took much more time and questioning than it should. On screen is a full signup when first initialized asking for a lot of info, then somehow you then go online to login there too?? Mine didn't. Then after config, you still need to load a Mobile APP. Which one? well you will have to search. The booklet has like two small pages about the whole software interface for the entire fridge, poor. Once we got the App loaded (iphone) it wouldn't continue without talking with the fridge and it locks to that page, can't do anything. Then we went to fridge panel to find there is another interface there for talking to App, so we started there too. There is a wifi connect that tells you the steps and App to get on phone. Went through all that, which requires to take Mobile and reset wifi to fridge and get special code. I can't remember what all we did, but I do remember having to put in cell phone and get a code back at one stage and it came back in Korean. Then tried again and got a 'number of messages from this device exceeded'. It was crazy and we ended with another Samsung App that after the stages we finally got connection, could see in fridge (very cool) and post pics, 10 at a time up to fridge. About two days later I tried the App again and ALL WAS disconnected again. Haven't got it to work again. Big time con. Other then the APP problem, which I believe is 3k of the 5k price to me, the touch interface is pretty cool, but once again, it is hunt and peck as there is no instructions. Bluetooth never has syncd to my iPhone. Then there was this strange day where we had to re-hook up the water filter from the back, which went fine. A day later, no ICE. Looked all over for why, all looked fine on the touch interface. Looked online to find there is a reset button inside ice cabinet, got the cover off and found that, hit it and nothing. Tried it a number of times, nothing. Went through software diag, all good there. Ended up unplugging it, resetting button (no feedback) and still didn't hear anything. Gave up and the next day it started making it again. Office was happy. It is a tough one, bragging rights are very high, hacks and funny things posted, count down random alarms, goofy music videos and such are a big bonus. And the bottom left compartment can be fridge or freezer, all great. App interface, big F.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this and had some pretty high expectations. This refrigerator is everything I hoped for and more. The Family hub is REVOLUTIONARY! Stay connected with lists, calendars, send notes, and check contents all from and to your phone! Not to mention all the extras like Music, TV mirroring, and Bixby's help fulfilling hands free commands. The Flex Zone is great! Got too much frozen food at the store, switch it to Freezer mode. Not enough room in the refrigerator for all the food you made, switch it to one of the 3 frig settings. If you are on the fence, just jump, you won't regret it! Is it cheap? NO, but it's worth every penny!

I so badly wanted this to a 5 star review, I love the four door design, and the family hub tablet integrated into the door is great. The though of streaming content from my TV to the fridge to watch in the kitchen was great. However, my TV isn't a samsung smart TV so I am out of luck, additionally, you are highly limited on apps, this isn't a full android tablet, I can't install the xfinity tv go app and watch tv that way. If you're just looking for a fridge, then yes this is great, good ice maker, plenty of room, the flex zone provides awesome flexibility, and you can choose multiple options for the flex zone. If you have EVERYTHING Samsung, then this is probably great. But the tech feature of the screen is severely impaired. Buy the cheaper fridge without the tablet and save some money. If you really want to see what is inside your fridge remotely, you could rig up a webcam for less than the cost of the tablet integrated in the door. I'll start out with how great it is to be able to look inside my fridge from anywhere on my smart phone, like the middle of the grocery store. Sending notes to the fridge, where the kids are almost certainly going to see is very nice as well. It also has pandora built in, but not that great of a speaker, and we weren't even able to connect to Pandora, we have a google home, so not a big deal for us. However, onto the not so great and ultimately reason for 3 star review, if you don't have a samsung smart tv, you can't watch tv on your fridge in the kitchen, it doesn't have an option for those who also have Samsung smart phones to even stream from our Samsung phone (S7 Edge), incredibly disappointing, furthermore, you can't install APPS not authorized by Samsung, so I can't even install the xfinity tv go app, netflix or amazon which would allow me to watch tv on the fridge screen. Very poor choice of Samsung to so severely restrict the tablet, I thought it would have been like a regular samsung tablet just mounted in the fridge, and could get apps from the google play store, but this is not the case. The lack of access to apps make this tech incredibly poor by severely limiting what we can do, I debated whether or not to deduct 2 or 3 stars for this, and ultimately because the potential is there, and hopefully realized down the road I only deducted 2 stars. If I remember, I will revisit this review in 6 months and update according to any changes made by Samsung, if they allow additional apps to be installed so I can watch TV, I will increase the stars, if they keep it the same and force me into Samsung smart tv, I will have to lower my rating to 2 stars. Right now I can't make a blanket recommendation for this product, if you have a complete Samsung Eco System in your home, including compatible smart tv, then this is probably fine, however, if you're like most homes, and have a mix of brand, then I don't recommend this product, it's potential has been severely limited and impaired. At least let us install apps from the google play store, if they'll allow apps from the google play store, then I'll recommend this, but until then, NO I DON'T RECOMMEND this product

This refrigerator is a smart phone in the kitchen. The screen allows you to watch cooking shows right while you are cooking in the kitchen.

The refrigerator looks beautiful sitting in the kitchen, however, it DOES show all the fingerprints (we got the black stainless). The family HUB will not work with iCal from Apple despite trying apps on my phone that merge the two calendars. The door shelves are pretty much useless on the top left and bottom doors. Yes you can fit ONE gallon of milk on the upper right door but its a tight fit and even with the shelf above moved to its top position its difficult to get the gallon of milk out. The entire shelf and draw layout leave little room for adjustment. If you have bad shoulders or problem lifting objects above shoulder height this is NOT the refrigerator to buy. We've also noticed the internal temp ranges wildly and does not stay steady at the 34 degrees we have it set. The other day it was 38 (no doors had been opened), then it went down to 32. All in all its a nice 'toy' and nice piece to look at but I would not buy it again. On a final note this is the second one of these we have had, the first arrived damaged. The delivery crews are out-sourced by Best Buy and paid on a per delivery basis, thus they are always in a hurry, so much so they ripped the wires out of the 'return' refrigerators bottom doors instead of disconnecting them. They refused to take the bottom hinges off and scratched out kitchen door on the way out. Best Buy needs to step up and use their own delivery service.

We have been using this product now for a couple of months and it's been a very positive experience. The apps are great, the grocery lists and cameras are helpful, and most of all we love the third zone refrigerator option. The only draw backs so far is with the ice maker keeping up with us during gatherings and with the WiFi equipment that came free with the refrigerator.

Made my life easier with the ice maker and warer dispenser That gigantic screen on the fron is great with internet connectivity I still need to learn to use all of the things I can do on it, like notes emogis music tv etc. This fridge made a radical change on my kitchen It looks so beautiful and made my kitchen looks better

This refrigerator is fantastic for a big family. There is plenty of room and I love the technology. My one complaint is that it is not as user friendly as I would like.
