“Some of the reviews of this unit state the ice maker is loud and doesn't make ice quickly - 6 cups in 6 hours. Is there a way we can check the noise level of the ice maker before buying? Do you have reports of it not making ice quickly?”

When you purchase this product to get 14 days to return it if you don’t like it. The only problem with that is is you cannot remove the plastic on the outside of the refrigerator unless you decide you’re going to keep it. I do on this refrigerator and I have not noticed any shortcomings of ice nor have I noticed that that icemaker is louder than any other icemaker.
