• TMK, you would not be able to select what the Flex Zone would be able to do (i.e. freeze, chill, fridge) or adjust any of the temperatures. Those are done via the touch screen onboard PC. Beyond that - everything mechanical (ice/water dispensing) will still work.

• The main electrical panel is embedded in the screen. That's the reason you can control the temperature and other settings via the screen. If that goes out the panel will not be accessible.
