I use it daily on my Samsung8+. I never remove the Otter Box case on my phone. No issues so far. I have noticed that the phone has to sit slightly off center (top to bottom) and centered right to left.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it is your otterbox I have the Samsung S8+ and use the smaller commuter otterbox and it charges fine using the wireless charger.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to your retailer and ask for the adapter for the Samsung S8. Your phone should have come with an adapter so you can use the "older" cords for Samsung products. I don't have an Otter Box case so I can't comment on that part of the question.
