“I don't us a wok often. Does it come with an extra "standard" grate that I can use instead of the Wok grate when need to use all of the burners at the same time? Does the circular wok burner accommodate flat bottom pots and skillets?”

I recently purchased the stove so Best Buy forwarded your questions asking if I could answer. The wok grate is removable and sits on a regular grate.
