“So I tried setting both my top and my bottom oven to 350° to cook and tried to set the other oven in both scenarios to either warm or 170° to keep food warm it will not allow me to do this. Am I missing something here and if so how do you do it.”

Hi Bill! I'm happy to help with this. There are some limitations to the differences in temperatures between the two ovens. But not to worry, pages 25 and 26 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3AZjF96) have detailed charts showing which settings and temperatures can be used at the same time. ^Jecca
