A:AnswerSpectrum uses Verizon's network. Prior to LTE the answer was always no. If the phone supports Verizon's LTE bands and has Verizon friendly firmware it is possible. I would call Verizon and ask. They may want an ESN or MEID.

A:AnswerUsing this model directly from SAMSUNG's website, it does work with Visible. The model I am using is SM-A156U1/DS (SM-A156UZKDXAA) which is a Dual-Sim model, different from this one.
Assuming there is no difference between unlocked single SIM and dual-sim, you should be able to also get Verizon UW (Sub 6 + C band), the phone does not support mmWave.
