How do you take the back off to put a SIMs card in null

We had it activated at Best Buy when we bought it. We bought another one and took it to the sprint store for activation and if I remember correctly, when the guy put the sim card in it was a little door or slot on one side of the phone.

You don't. The Sim port is on the side of the phone. The tool to open it should be in the box.
