Yes, I have it setup like this. The USB C hub connects a VGA monitor, USB keyboard and mouse... *and* I run the HDMI to another monitor.... giving a 3 monitor setup if the laptop is open, very versatile. Works well enough - I do have to unplug/plug the USB C hub to get the VGA monitor to activate if the computer was booted with the hub plugged in... likely a setting somewhere to change that
