I am not sure,I have never tried to pair them to my tv. When that happens I will leave a review.

However, without having the specific information regarding your model of television, it is hard to say if your television would have Bluetooth connectivity enabled on your device. Your Galaxy Buds Live are Bluetooth enabled as you know so, if your television is also a Bluetooth enabled smart TV, you should be able to pair your earbuds to your television fairly easily.
